Many artists think just because their video looks professional that it will translate into subscribers. While having great music and a great video are part of the puzzle, you really need to bring it all together with the right marketing optimizations.  

Engaged Subscribers = True Fans

Listeners need to be encouraged to take action multiple times before they’re ready to engage with your YouTube channel EVEN IF they like your song. We do this in a tasteful way that will not take away or distract too much from your music video, lyric video, or album cover artwork video.

We’ve given out our YouTube subscriber optimization checklist to thousands of artists… we realized that virtually NONE of them would implement it to their videos because it was overwhelming (even though it would help their subscribers). So we decided to create this service to do it for you!

What exactly are you doing to my videos/channel?

We are adding marketing elements to your videos/channel to encourage listeners to subscribe and engage. Many times artists will make great looking music videos, but not ones that are optimized for marketing.

We will add the following:

  1. Lower third animated subscribe gifs (one towards the beginning and one towards the middle of the video) [Only available for unreleased videos]
  2. Subscriber video card(s) in the upper right corner
  3. Subscriber box branding in the lower right hand corner
  4. Subscriber & engagement end screen elements
  5. A pinned comment with a designated subscriber hyperlink
  6. An optimized marketing based description with social media links and a designated subscriber hyperlink as well

How long will the optimization take?

This depends on the order speed you select at checkout. Rush orders will be responded to within 1 business day (Monday to Friday 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. are business hours, excluding holidays).

Standard orders will be responded to within 4 business days.

Are results guaranteed?

We cannot guarantee results of any kind. Each situation and artist is unique. Factors such as audio quality, product prices, brand strength, demand, and the goal of the campaign all play a role in judging it’s success. However, we use our expertise and experience to provide the best results we can.  

What is communication like throughout the order?

Once payment is completed you will receive step-by-step instructions for inviting us as an Editor to your YouTube studio dashboard. After we have access, we will edit the video/channel depending on the order speed you selected at checkout. You will receive an email confirmation response once the order is completed.  

How long does it take to see results?

Results will depend on each artist and situation. For best results, we recommend pairing the YouTube optimization with our YouTube promotion at omarimc.com/promotion.  

Will you need my password?

No, but you do need to invite us as Editors to your YouTube studio. We will send detailed instructions after your payment is received. You will have the freedom to disconnect after your campaign is over.  

Can I disconnect my YouTube Studio after the campaign is complete?

You are free to do this; however, if you intend to get more videos optimized in the future it may be best to leave our account connected.  

How much does this cost?

Pricing can be found in the order form below.  

Will the audio and video quality stay the same?

Yes! We use WeVideo to edit the unreleased optimization orders. They are capable of importing and exporting videos up to 4K quality!

For orders that are already uploaded to YouTube, the audio and video quality will not change.

How many re-edits do I get if I want changes?

A maximum of 2 re-edits per video is included on each order.

After these have been used, if you’d like more edits they can be done at $10/per edit. (Edits apply to the same video that the order started with)

Can I optimize videos that are already uploaded to YouTube?

Yes! However, there is no option on YouTube to swap out the actual video file once a video is uploaded.

This means that we will not be able to add the subscribe GIFS, but can still add all other elements.

If you would like the subscribe GIFS added to an existing YouTube video, you will need to select the UNRELEASED option at checkout and we will re-upload the video to YouTube.

This will result in losing all existing statistics for the video.

Is this only for music videos?

For the moment, yes. This is for official music videos, lyric videos, and album cover artwork videos.  

What if my channel is a brand account?

For brand accounts you will send manager access as opposed to Editor access. The functionality is nearly the same and is actually easier for us to work with Brand accounts, but it can be bothersome to set them up, so we do not require it to optimize the channel.  

Can I use this for videos uploaded through my distributor (i.e. Topic channels)

You will need to have access to the channel in order to send us an Editor invite to your YouTube studio. As such, you will need to merge your topic channel with your YouTube channel prior to us optimizing the content.

With an already buzzing YouTube audience of over 400K+ subscribers, Kid Travis wanted his Instagram profile to start gaining some of that same traction.
