One of the biggest differences between the two companies is that Playlist Push is a pitching service whereas Omari MC is much more hands on and involved in the entire artist journey.
When you submit to Playlist Push they send your song to a specific amount of curators based on the level of campaign you choose.
However, they are not actively working the campaign for you.
If your song is pitched to dozens of curators and only 1 or 2 small playlists takes it, there goes your budget for that song.
Omari MC (Hands On Promotion)
With Omari, we are much more hands on with the process.
We also have a pool of curators we pitch the songs to but will actively keep working on a campaign and pitching it to lists until a minimum number of playlist placements are achieved per campaign level.
Obviously, we can't guarantee that curators are going to accept your song into any specific lists, but we can guarantee we'll keep working on it until our minimum placement standard is achieved.
Sometimes this does mean we have to do more work to keep pitching, but that is something we're willing to do to ensure artists get the most bang for their buck.
Pricing Of Campaigns
Playlist Push ($300-$1,000+)
The minimum cost for a Spotify campaign is $300 and for TikTok it is $380. The maximum price for campaigns can go past $1,000+.
For a service that does not have any guarantee that they will keep working if your song does not land in an appropriate amount of lists for your money, we believe a good percentage of artists find these price points to be quite high.
Some artists spend $300 and may only receive a few hundred streams for that money.
Whereas if that same artist spent $357 on one of our packages, we guarantee that if we accept the song, we'll keep promoting it until at the very least a minimum play range is reached.
Omari MC ($77-$1,797+)
The cost for campaigns are as follows:
- $77-$1,797 for Spotify promotion
- $77-$1,797 for YouTube promotion
- $500-$15,000+ for Facebook & Instagram ads management
- $697-$1,797 for Website design & optimization
We understand that artists need an affordable entry point to try out services, but also some artists may have larger budgets to scale into when you're ready.
Record Deals
At Omari MC we also offer deals for artists! Artists have the option of either paying for promotion or signing a deal with us and receiving promotion at no upfront cost! With our label deals, we only take a percentage of the streaming and sync licensing for the song(s) submitted.
We take no equity in the ticket sales, merch, sponsorships, session work, etc. of the artist, nor do we take equity in any other releases than the one(s) we signed!

Our decision making is based off the content we receive, not the artist. For instance, many artists we work with do make explicit music, but the songs we promote are either edited version or songs in their catalog that are non-explicit or meet our guidelines.
